This could be a problem with your cam sensor, or crank sensor.
There are a few possible reasons why a vehicle will not start. First check the battery and terminals on the battery, if the battery is good check the starter, alternator and ignition switch.
Possible crank/cam sensor problem

just a guess, your fuel filter maybe stopped up?
It could lay with the computer control modual or the distributor and in some cases the trotle posistion sensor.
If you are getting power to your coil and you still have no spark at the spark plug, you have a bad coil. Beyond that you will have to chase the electrical system. could be a fusible link.
The timing of the engine is off or the spark plug wires have been hooked up incorrectly.

If your 1996 Dodge Stratus wonÕt start you can try to jump start the car. There is no reset button like a computer. You can recharge your car battery with a jump start.
There are multiple electrical and mechanical causes to a no start condition. No fuel pressurization and spark may indicate a fuse or electrical fault, as opposed to a starting system problem alone.
