Your car ran for a hour then just stopped tried to start again but it just clicks does not turn over there is 12 volts to battery and coil the clicking sounds like it comes from the coil or cdi?

Try a new or other battery. You need around 14 volts to start vehicle. If vehicle starts with other or new battery. Then have your alternator check. Any Auto Zone will check it for FREE.
