He obviously left you and if it was for your one of your girlfriends or not is not relevant. He left YOU! He treated you with disrespect and is dishing out more disrespect to you by trying to sneak back into your life. Tell this guy he's a waste of skin and move on. Don't sit there and say he loves you and he'll change because he won't and he'll be up to his old tricks in a short period of time. The trust is gone from your relationship and without trust you have nothing.
