It's ok, hun. This one is up to you. If you want to be friends, then go for it. But being friends could hurt you when he dates someone else. I think keeping apart is better for you to get over him, he sounds like a loser anyway!

I'm thirteen too. And sometimes I hang out outside of school, go to the mall, movies and sleepovers. But like you're not obliged too, you can still be really good friends but not hang out outside of school. The main purpose of hanging out is to have fun and get to know your friends better. Definitely, hanging out outside of school is good, but you don't have too.

I love my school because its easy to get around, and you cant really get lost. My school also has AMAZING drama and band departments. Really good sports teams and for lunch it is right beside DQ, The Max, KFC, and many other food places. I go to CHHS (Crescent Heights High School) in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada! Okay this is gussyboy1996, the one who asked the question, anyway, I have friends, but they have better friends, and I feel kind of left out even from my own friends, I have a big Emamy in school, and he always used to call me gay, and thought I was a homo, this was in like 7th grade, and I feel like because this whole thing went on in middle school, that people think I am, and I'm really not, but I wanna make good guy friends, who are really there for me, I have looked this up many times, and am willing to change anything, or do anything to prove I'm not gay, and to get good school friends.. ;(
