Im sorry for your dilemma. You have to do what is best for you and baby. You have the right to be happy and pursue a career and whatnot. You are not alone with getting divorce with such a young child and starting over, where you want to. You shouldn't be forced to live somewhere you will not be happy. You go to your soon to be ex and let him know that you are going to move and you both need to make the proper arrangements for child support issues and visitation rights. If you have family in CA then you take all the help you can get and get yourself back on track. I loathe these "guys" that tell women this after the fact, lower then cockroach waste.
