If you want to paint over plaster it is important to let it dry thoroughly. This can take between five and ten days, and in some cases even longer. However, it will feel dry to the touch within a day or so.
The Final Cut. This was post-Wall and tensions in the band were at an all-time high...tensions and arguments that went back to Animals and when the band had their In The Flesh tour in the late 70s. The royalties were split a little differently amongst the band members (can't remember the exact way, but its been mentioned in a lot of journal publications), and this played a factor in what drove the arguing and bitter resentment.
Rick Wright was not in the band during the time Final Cut was released in 1983, and he is not listed as being in the band on the credits (PF issued this as a trio).
Many say that this is more like a Roger Waters solo record, largely about him struggling to adapt to the changing social themes in the UK and also about the loss of his father in WWII.
Its not a bad one, but listening to Meddle, Dark Side, Wish You Were Here, Animals, or The Wall, definitely beats this one any given day of the week.
Alice (born 1976), Clare (born 1979), Sara (born 1983), and Matthew (born 1986) From his first Marriage. In 1994 he married Polly Samson, and the couple have four children, Charlie (Samson's son with Heathcote Williams), whom Gilmour adopted, Joe, Gabriel and Romany.
sara was born in 1981
No
Actually he does have children. Harry Waters, his son, is currently touring The Wall Live 2010 with him. His daughter, India Waters is a model I believe.
He's not had a real religion until the end of the '70s, despite his father was Christian and initially refused to enlist in World War II because of its values.
Then he came up to communism and left as a soldier, as he died.
Now Roger's a christian, but he's often criticized the sanctimonious way to think.
He declared in 1993:
"I'm not a huge practicing Christian myself, but it just staggers me that people who claim to be can stand up and spout - like your president George Bush - can stand up and spout this bull***t about God supporting one side over another in war, which is why I wrote the lyrics of the song "What God Wants": "God wants crusade/God wants Jihad." Well it may well be that God doesn't want either of those things. They're manifestations of the insecurities of the Muslim and Christian communities. I hate when someone uses religion to bolster war in the world: it's extremely disgusting and offensive for me, and for all christians, because that was not what Christ was trying to teach."
("Roger Waters talks about What God Wants", a 1993 interview)
No. Roger Waters is not Jewish. He's an atheist.
He is also very anti-religion.
His father however was a faithful Christian.
Kipp, Pat and Mark Lennon from the band VEN
ICE.
Roger Waters. He has made a lot of money on his new "The Wall" tour as well as from Pink Floyd. The main reason is because of how active he is.
His net worth give or take is about 230,000,000
David Gilmour's net worth is about 140,000,000
Hope that helped!
Is it an obsession or a mere infatuation? A crush doesn't last forever, and will blow over before you know it. It isn't so strange, many people get brief "crushes", or even obsessions, idols especially, even older men.
