"Πώς σε λένε;" (pos se lene?) and "Πώς ονομάζεσαι;" (pos onomazese?). The second expression is more polite.

'pos se lene;' [po-s] [say] [lay-nay] to answer you would say 'me lene ___' ex: 'me lene Demetrius'

"Πώς ονομάζεσαι;" (pos onomazese?)

This is a more polite form.
