It depends on your local laws. In Ontario, Canada for instance, it the machine is 150cc it falls under the motorcycle regulations and the driver must have a valid M1 (motorcycle) license. But you really have to look up the local laws in your area.
Yes you do!
In any state you need a motorcycle licence to drive anything over 50cc on public roads.
Yes, anything over 50cc and up requires a motorcycle endorsed license in Florida. Mopeds and motorcycles under 50cc require no special endorsement, and auto license is suitable.
yeesAnswerIt depends on the state. Each state has a regulation for how many cc's the scooter must be before it requires a motorcycle license. Some require a M license for 150 cc's, some only require them for above 450 cc's. A standard scooter is 150-250 cc's. Check with your state's DMV to determine the requirements.

Yes, in Illinois, you need a motorcycle license or a motorcycle permit to operate a 200 cc Vespa. This requirement applies because the engine displacement exceeds the 150 cc limit for scooters that can be operated with just a regular driver's license. To obtain a motorcycle license, you must pass written and riding skills tests.
If you are on your property then no. But if you're on someone else's or on a trail you need to get a off-road license from the license bureau otherwise you could go to jail or fined *not to mention that they will impound your bike
anything over 49cc in Indiana and most states however i ride a 150 with no license and have been pulled over and theyve done nothing
Not on the street. You can only ride it on your own private property. Good luck
