Answer No one ever said it would be easy raising children. That being said, your daughter made a decision to get pregnant and at the age of 17 one would think she knew what she was doing before she agreed to have sex without a condom. Since she made this decision on her own, why not butt out and let her live her life? She got all of what she wanted in getting pregnant and if this was 30 years ago I'd say well maybe she tried to be safe, as condoms were hard to get long ago, but these days Doctors offices and other medical offices nearly hand them out to kids who want to have sex without the parents knowing about it. My own daughter did the same thing and then came home to roost. I had news for her. I let her stay home until she had her baby, but I did tell her well in advance, get your own place before the baby arrives as I'm not going to be kept up all night by a crying child. You brought it into this world, now take care of it. While my wife and I helped her where we could, we didn't bring her child up for her, so maybe it's time for you to do the same thing and let your daughter assume her responsibility as a mother and hopefully she will learn from this experience. Good luck

NO. Being pregnant does not give a minor any 'adult rights'.
No. You still need parental consent to get ungerage marrige pregnant or not. Unless you go to one of those states where it's legal to marry without parental consent.
No.
If he has been inside you without protection there is a risk for pregnancy, even if he does not ejaculate in you.
No.
The mother is criminal negligent for allowing her to date an 18 year old and letting her 15 year old get pregnant. And 15 may not be allowed to marry without a court order, depending on the state they are in. And depending upon the state laws, the boyfriend may be liable for statutory rape charges or criminal sexual contact charges.
No. Being pregnant/having a child does not emancipate a minor. You are still subject to your parent's rules and authority until you turn 18. And if you runaway and Boyfriend takes you in, he can get into a whole lot of legal trouble over it.
No, you cannot, and if you do, him/his parents could find themselves facing charges for it.
