Unfortunately, no. You cannnot legally enter into a Contract until age 18. A parent can sign the Lease for you, or you can become emancipated. At age 17, emancipation is easy and usually involves simply seeing a judge. In most states, joining the military and/or marriage will automatically emancipate you. Your parent(s) should want to get you emancipated, since your parent(s) will still be responsible for your actions until age 18.
