I have measured the "Tube" portion of the drive shaft to be 66" in length, however, the reason i measured it was because there was a THM400 tranny installed in the truck replacing the THM350. This made the drive shaft a bit short for the THM400. So, I dont know if there are any longer driveshafts or I would need a Spacer of some sort to extend the overall length of the driveshaft. I guess that would be my question to answer your question with.
R/R
Could be the driveshaft.
how long does it take to replace a carburetor on a chevy truck?
long bed with 4x4 puts it about 6600 grossed, so without any payload its about 5600 pounds
No.
yes as long as they are both v6s or v8s
Yes, so long as they're the same length bed.
You will have to stretch the frame, fuel lines, brake lines, wiring and the driveshaft. This should be done by a qualified technician. Probably cheaper to just buy a long bed truck.
They had a short wheel base truck and a long wheel base truck. The short bed truck had a 115" wheelbase. The long bed truck had a 127" wheelbase.
So long as the bolt patterns are the same, yes.
Just under 5 metres long
Yes as long as both trucks are a 1/2 ton are a 3/4 ton.
