1989 Lincoln mark VII and your digital speedometer reads that im accelerating when the car is stoped is there a solution to this if not can you put a regular speedometer and if so how?

PROBLEM MAYBE BE SENSOR UNDER CAR OR YOUR ECM (COMPUTER) IS BAD. YOU CAN TRY RESETTING COMPUTER , AFTER WRITING DOWN RADIO STATION NUMBERS, REMOVE NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL FOR A FEW MINUTES, MAYBE FIVE, COMPUTER SHOULD RE-SET TO FACTORY PROMPTS.........
