1989 suburban when I drive it for more than an hour when I shut it off it won't start Once it sits for 30 minutes to an hour it will finally start again Any help Thanks?

you might want to replace your battery cables. after a long period of time, they get a build up of corrosion inside the cable that does not let your suburban or any other car get a full charge from the alternator to the battery. i just changed mine and have seen a large differents in charge on my amp gauge. hope that does it for ya.
