When someone says come again, it is a more polite way to say what, indicating you did not hear them. It could also be a short way of asking someone to come back, as in thanks, come again.

Johnson is not an Irish name. This is not to say there are not Johnsons with Irish ancestry. So no Irish county is associated with the name Johnson.
