check fuse,relayand presure check you can rent a presure gage at any autozone its very easy to use autozone will also let u know how much presure you r supose to have
your problem lies between one of the three
It is in the fuel tank.
i have a 1990 lemans and it is located under my back seat you flip up the seat bottom and there is a flap of carpet there it may be the same on yours
TAKE THE FUEL LINE OFF AT THE CARB.THAT RUN DOWN TO THE FUEL PUMP
GM vehicles do not have a fuel pump inertia switch.
It is in the tank. Remove the tank then the pump. Not an easy job.
Under vehicle, center, below trunk area, near fuel tank, mounted in fuel line.
It is inside the fuel tank, you have to drop the tank, and remove the sending unit, from the tank to replace the fuel pump.
Check there is power to the fuel pump via the connector at the tank. Check fuel pump relay and fuses related to this. Or if there is a fuel cutout switch on this somehwere. If not, then need a fuel pump.
Under the hood in the fuse/relay module.
The fuel pump may be running but not pumping any fuel. Have a fuel pressure test run.
Fuel tank. IN THE TOP OF THE TANK UNDER THE BACK SEAT FOR A 2 DOOR AT LEAST.
even though it sounds like it is pumping it may not be, try a new pump and new fuel filter
