The fuel pressure specifications for a 1990 Pontiac Le Mans LE typically range between 35 to 45 psi when the engine is running. It's important to ensure that the fuel pressure regulator is functioning properly to maintain this pressure range. If you're troubleshooting fuel system issues, checking the pressure with a gauge can help determine if the fuel pump or regulator needs replacement. Always consult the vehicle's service manual for the most accurate and detailed information.
