I recently had this problem with another vehicle. If the vehicle will crank but not start, it may be a leaking fuel injector. A leaking fuel injector will flood the engine, not allowing it to start. This is especially true if the vehicle will not take a jump start. If you can hear the fuel pump (in the fuel tank) turn on when you first try to start the vehicle, then the fuel pump is working. It generally tries to stay on for about 5-7 seconds. If it will not crank, then it may be your starter. Hope this helps. SD

Power windows were an option.
The time would only "reset" if the clock battery on th motherboard has died. Replacing the battery should eliminate the problem.
A very common problem is to have broken wires in the harness going to the driver side door.
Hewlitt Packer has said they will have a patch soon for the old equipment that works with Windows 7. There will not be a problem with the battery error that some received.
Either near the hinge of the passenger door or under the hood in the main relay box near the battery.
To reset electric windows on a Peugeot 307, just disconnect the battery for a while. Following the battery disconnect, neither of the electric windows will operate.
I have the same problem with my excursion. It happened after the battery went dead. The dialog in the forums points at the battery saver relay.I'm still looking for more info

There is a free portable tool called Windows 7 Battery Bar that monitors the battery status and displays it in the taskbar. The settings can be customized by clicking on the Battery icon in the system tray.
this sounds like a relay problem check in the power distrabtuion box under the hood in the engine compartment. also look for fuseabe links on the battery cables sorry about the spelling?
Blown fuse. Also in the driver side door in the wire harness there is a ground wire if that ground wire is broken non of the windows will work. this is a common problem with this year i have fixed mine at least twice.
The relay for a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited is the same one that controls all of the power windows. This relay should be located in fuse box near the battery.
Did you check the wires by the driver side? You can configure them and your windows will then work, I had the similar problem. You might have to duck tape them.
The 2014 Jeep Cherokee is 6 ft. 1.2 in. (73.2 in.)1 one-touch power windows wide.
No. Only the BIOS settings and password are stored in the battery-backed CMOS memory. Windows passwords are stored in the Windows registry, in a file on your hard disk.

In the fuse box
The first thing that you want to do is check your battery. This is the most common problem with vehicle no-starts, so by checking your battery, you will either solve the problem immediately or rule out one potential issue. If you turn on your head lights and they are bright, your radio is loud, and you can use your automatic windows and doors, then your battery definitely isn't dead. This means that it is most likely your starter or some more serious problem, such as a timing belt or even something like a lack of fuel. My source is linked below.
