Nevermind..I found the horn relay online.. My horn went off this morning and in a panic.. I unplugged it. My neighbor said he thought the horn relay went bad.. The top was down in my 2003 Wrangler during a rain storm and it got soaked..SO I don't know if this is related or unrelated... most likely if you have ever had your top off. you need to pull the horn button straight up off the steering wheel, and clean the contact points with a wire brush or Emery cloth. The water may have corroded them. It is what happened to mine. Also check fuses and horn. take a wire and go from battery straight to the horn or use a volt meter to make sure voltage is getting to the horn. If it honks it is your connections under your button, if not it is your horn.

Test the voltage at the horn with testers. Have someone push horn while testing. oTake a 9 volt battery and make contact with terminals on horn and see iff it honks. There usually is some repair to a horn, take apart clean and lube up but not always.
