It is located in the engine compartment on the passenger side in the fuse panel it is called the EFI MAIN RELAY. Turn ignition switch on and listen for a clicking noise from relay.

It is in the passenger compartment relay/fuse box to the left of the steering wheel. The relay for the fuel pump is on the bottom of the box and is the one third slot from the rear of the box. The engine will not start with that relay removed, obviously.
