1992 dodge shadow stalled while going on highway now it will turn over but won't start Has new timing belt fuel and spark Any ideas?

If it has spark and fuel, run a compression test to see what it looks like. Check with a shop manual to see what the cylinder pressures should be for that engine. answer i would get the timing checked again if u had new timing belt put in also check coil a bad coil will give spark but not enuff to start
