Try cleaning the intake manifold.
It is the Intake Manifold Gaskets FYIilikebananas
its located behind tbi and next to distributor mounted in the intake manifold
Assuming V8 gasoline engine, it should be bolted onto the intake manifold.
You did not mention if it was the intake to the cylinder head bolts (1993 buick lesabre 96 in-lbs)..... or ..... the intake upper to lower bolts ( 1993 buick 132 in -lbs) but i hope you will know wich you are looking at since there is a large difference in torqe.
Remove the intake manifold retaining bolts from your 1993 Mercedes-Benz manifold. Remove the old manifold gasket. Clean the surface and put the new gasket on.

Under the intake manifold, right in the middle of the valley, on the block. The intake manifold has to be removed.
