There is a red wire that runs from the under hood fuse box to the engine computer. It is 12 gauge and may have a white tracer. If you open the harness, starting at the fuse box, you should find the wire broken at a splice joint.
Is the brake system low on fluid? If it is, there may be a wheel cylinder leaking.
You may have mis-aligned the sensor when you replaced it.

that depends on the vehicle, but usually it is inside the tank beside the pickup tube. if the tank was just replaced it is more likely the wire that comes from the sensor wasn't connected.
First, change the oxygen sensor and the air filter. Clear the codes and see if the idler air sensor code comes back.
I have seen this before more than likely your coolant sensor has a internal short and needs to be replaced.
Fill your coolant to the level that it should be at. If it still comes on when the coolant is at its proper area, then it is an improper sensor. You will need to have it replaced immediately to reset the sensor.

Have it checked for codes, it will probably have to do with the fuel level sensor in the fuel tank.
The sensor is located underneath the coolant recovery tank. On a 1999 Cavalier, there could be some sludge built up underneath the tank. Unfortunately the sensor alone cannot be replaced, the entire tank and sensor comes as one piece and must be replaced. tap on the side of your fill/overflow tank where the sensor is located sometimes they get stuck
did you hone the cylinder before you replaced the parts
it means that your coolant sensor is bad and needs to be replaced. it can also be a bad or faulty wiring connection. make visual and manual checks and in spections on the wiring harness leading to and from the sensor which is located on the top of your water-pump houseing. the new sensor is a dealer part,and comes with a warrenty . I bought a new one and it was bad. how funny good luck.
