Ive seen a few different ways. i have a 99, and they reprogram them to the car by entering the keyless entry code on the door, pressing 1 after the doors unlock and then hitting lock on the keyfob. i programmed mine to my car by having the remote inside the car, putting the key in the ignition, turning it from off to on 4 times, the doors will lock and unlock on their own. and then simply press lock. ask around, im not exactly sure how it would work on your 95, and im not sure if doing either of those will work/mess anything up for you. so be careful. nakoa/xxiplaybassxx@aol.com

If it's the original transmitter and it has gone out of sync with the vehicle, hold down both the unlock and lock buttons until the car horn honks. This should re-sync. If it's a replacement transmitter, I think the dealer will have to program it.
Enter keyless entry code on key pad located on driver's side door . Next , hit the 1-2 button (that's one button on the keyless entry pad ) . Then hit lock or unlock button on your remote & it's a done deal ! Good luck
One reason that your keyless entry may not work is that the battery is dead, take it an auto parts store and have the keyless entry battery replaced. If that does not fix it you will need to take it to the dealer to have the keyless entry reprogrammed.
Try pressing the lock and unlock button together until you hear the horn beep once and that should work.
Try this get in vehicle, put key in ignition, close door, hold down the unlock button on driver side and switch key on off 3 times notvoltage actually cranking it you should hear a click or horn blow, release the unlock button, hold down the lock and unlock button on the remote 10 to 15a sec you should hear another click and your done sorry if this does not work
This may sound too obvious but if you have the key, unlock it with the key. If not hire a locksmith.
First check the battery in the key fob/remote.Then it wouldn't hurt to reprogram it just to ensure it's being recognized by the receiver. Both procedures are well covered and illustrated in the Owners Manual, plus more in the 'Related Questions' below
