if you can't find the plugs you have know business working on this car.
spectrometer which has prism installed in it
I have a 2001 Prism, and all i did was replace the spark plugs, and reset the battery it went away....
The distributor on a 1994 Geo Prizm does not have points. It's got an electronic ignition system. The ignition coil and module are located inside the distributor. If you're doing any testing of the distributor, be sure to replace the spark plug wires first. Defective spark plug wires will instantly burn out the coil and in some cases, the module too.
Bad plugs or plug wires.
Check ignition coil primary and secondary resistance using an ohmmeter. Check for burned distributor rotor. Check for faulty igniter if so equipped. Also, for more answers try asking this question again but replace "prism" with "corolla."
Firing order goes CCW on distributor, 1, 3, 4, 2. Number one cylinder is first one on the passengers side. Number one on the distributor cap is aprox at the 1 O'Clock position.
1. Check the NGK spark plugs you got to make sure they are the correct ones for the application. If you got the standard (non-platinum) plugs, they should be BKR5ES11 or BKR5EYA11. 2. Double check to make sure the plugs are gapped at .042". If you got the correct plugs, they are normally pre-gapped at .044". It's pretty close to the actual recommendation of .042", but just to be sure I'd take them out to check, because if they are set at .044" rather than .042", the gap would be a bit too wide and could be a possible cause of stalling. 3. Make sure the plugs are all seated correctly, to the proper torque. 4. Make sure the spark plug wires are good and all firmly connected to the plugs and distributor cap. Be sure that no wires are accidentally "crossed". 5. Make sure no vacuum hoses accidentally came loose while you were doing the spark plug change job. 6. Are the distributor cap and rotor brand new? For the optimum tune-up, it's recommended that those (and the ignition wires) be replaced along with the spark plugs.

Yes, a hexagonal prism is a type of prism.
A 1998 Chevy Prism's idle speed is computer controlled. You will have to take it to a garage to get it set. However, the idle speed could be altered if, say, your spark plugs are seriously worn. Changing them may restore the original idle speed.
