Most likely you have a throttle position sensor ( tps ) code, or bad wiring to the switch or an O2 sensor problem. Check the code history.
6.0 powerstroke had crank case sensor replaced by a dealership. 24hrs of runtime and engine refuses to start again. what happened to owning a reliable diesel??
catylatic converter is plugged
Auto Zone will check engine lights and will turn off for FREE.
One common problems is a plugged catalytic converter, if the engine starts fine and then starts to stall or feel like it does not have any power after running for a while it could be the catalytic converter.. the engine starts loosing power because the exhaust has nowhere to go (the catalytic converter is partially or totally plugged) Compression starts to go down causing the engine to stall or die. If you leave the car alone for a while the pressure in the engine goes out slowly thru the catalytic converter leaving the car ready to start again for a few minutes but it will shut down again.
the engine probably flooding. The fuel filter may be plugged up, replace it.
A plugged up fuel filter, a faulty fuel pump, more info like the year, make and model would help.
Yes it can be returned. However, what will happen is the dealership will insist they have their technicians look over the engine and run a computer diagnostic check depending on what type of engine issues you are having and, Chances are, they will 'not find anything wrong with the engine.' In this case, you insist they look over the car again and keep bringing it back to the dealer. Once you keep records, under the lemon law, you can send in a complaint This could be a simple fix depending on what type of engine problems. A friend of mine had a brand new car and after having major issues with the engine, had it returned and exchanged for another car. Hope this helps
The black death returned again and again because it felt that it didnt hurt that many people and was alone.
Should have a drain plug either at bottom of engine or at lower end of oil reservoir
i think it holds all the engines heat while the engine warms up. that's why it does not make any power while it is closed. once the engine is up to temp. it opens and flows free again.....maybe??? nope it letts out the burt gass after the spark plug ignites the the compressed gas air mix. that's why the fuems come out of the exhaust
Sometimes I start my computer in the morning and I'm not getting my wireless Actiontec signal on my computer. After trying different things I got it back to working. I had my computer on. I unplugged the Actiontec. I took the green phone line out of the wall plug. I plugged the Actiontec back in again. I plugged the phone line in the wall again. It started working again!
What I did was unplug the power cord from the back and then hit the eject again when it was plugged in again and it worked.
