1998 GP GT has problems starting I hear a click and the power dies. Sometimes the power comes back when i turn the key but when I turn it to start it does the same. Cleaned the leads but does no help?

You have a bad battery, alternator, or starter solenoid. Load test the battery first, then the alternator.

It may still be the battery. If you just hear a click, it may be the starter is out. Make sure the battery is charged to the fullest. Sometimes the battery will have power but not enough to work the starter.
