I had the same problem with my Mazda but solved it very easily!
Your horn is unplugged.
Go under the hood and you might have to remove the lights on the side of the wiper fluid container
youl see a little device with a arm for a mount and a metal dish looking thing bolted in center. THis is your horn
There should be a wiring running to it. if you don't see one find it its dangling somewhere in your hood promise!

Your CD is probably clicking because it has a click bug in it. To get it out, just call your local repair shop. I hope this helped
I had a similar problem on my 2002 Protege....would hesitate and feel like it would almost stall out... ended up needing a tune up and replacing some wires. not a major repair, cost me about $300
need some more information my friend The power window motors on a Protege are non-repairable items. Make sure the switches, fuses, and such are in good order before replacing the motor.
