If you did not replace the expansion block valve and the receiver drier then you will need to do this as well..............
If a lower radiator hose was replaced on a 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan, but it is still leaking fluid, it could be that there is a hole in the radiator. It could also mean that there is damage to the overflow reservoir or its hoses.

i replace my rear brake shoes on 2001 dodge grand caravan and my emergency brake is still not working

Have you also replaced the fuse? It may also be that the bulb is not quite placed properly or that the wiring has a short.
replace crankshaft sensor on tranny bell housing, you will be good to go

No. The Caliber was stopped in 2012 and replaced by the Dodge Dart.
It sounds like you are having rack and pinion problems. I have had two Grand Caravans and had to have them replaced on both. One was still under warranty. They are pretty common to have replaced, but it has to be done a certified technician. Good Luck.
It could be your starter, or your starter solenoid.
