There is a cold start valve in the fuel system that could be bad. Or the temp. sending unit could be bad as well. Check your fuel filter first! where is the cold start valve,how does it work.

Well, it starts to cool down in about October. It's not necessarily cold though. Just cool weather mostly. It starts getting cold in about Mid November. Hope I helped :) xoxo
