Your float on your fuel filter is sticking. Your going to have to drop the fuel tank to access the fuel filter it is located right in the middle of the tank.
Hmmm...that's very interesting. Did you try adding more gas to the tank? That just may be the solution.
Unless you ran it out of oil and the engine is locked up, it is not the oil.
The fuel tank sending unit(float) is probably bad.
I have an 89 and when I ran out of gas If I remember correctly I could only put 16 gallons in it.
