If it's a single light bulb, then the wire for the high beam circuit is pinned where the low beam circuit wire should go,, and vice versa. If it's two bulbs, then you got the harness for the low beam bulb going to the high beam and vice versa. Not really familiar with that model of Dodge Ram, so I'm not sure which is the case.
