Yes it would fit but you might need to fender trim a little bit, it also depends on how wide the tires are they might scrub on the front sway bar.
No, with a 3" body lift on a 03 sierra you can only clear like 32" or 33" and they'd rub a little bit. Speaking from experience on this one.

Yes it will. I have a 1998 GMC Sierra 4wd with only a 3 inch body lift and are clearing 35 inch nitto tires and it has no suspension lift what so ever I have a 1999 2 door Tahoe with 3 inch body lift and keys cranked up and clearing 35/15.50/r15 tsl sx's with little cutting but rubbs when turning and flexing the front suspension.

not a chance you will def need a lift
you should be able to run a 33 on stock wheels with no problem
35" Tires will require a 6" suspension lift to clear with no rubbing. A cheaper alternative is a 3" body lift, and 33" tires, although not as appealing.
Yes they will fit. I have that size on my jeep w/o off set rims and no lift.
yes you can with a body lift or with a suspension lift
I have 36's on mine, 6in susp lift and 3in body lift.
i would say 35 in tires would look great
It will be the same as it would be stock !!!
