Its condensation. Your oil temp isn't getting high enough to burn off water, thus the result is the white filmy grease.

check your coolant level. most times its from a coolant leak in the system.pressurize the cooling system to find the leak.
It could be the radiator is clogged. The thermostat could be bad (prevents the coolant from circulating from radiator to engine block)
Bad temperature sensor unit? Cooling fan not working? Water pump not circulating coolant? Radiator plugged or restricted? System airbound? Thermostat not opening?

There is a butterfly screw that is placed on the lower right hand part of the radiator in front of the right passenger front tire. It unscrews by hand and is easy to do. Remember to dispose of the old coolant properly (poor it into a 2 liter jug and take it to a gas station)
The thermostat is located on the side of the cylinder head, just above where the block mates with the head. There is a coolant inlet fitting (the thermostat cover) which should have a hose connected to it. If you can find that coolant inlet cover, the thermostat is located inside/under that cover. There should be two bolts holding that cover on.
