Canadian Models do have them, but not American Models.
The multifunction switch that allows you to turn you headlights is broken. The only way to find out is to replace it or take it to a mechanic.

The dont have front fog lights they are driving lamps. They come on automatically with full beam.
If you are in the country unlawfully, you can be detained and deported at any time.
get a friend to check them when u have the can in reverse.. or dont start the car and put it in revers and check them urself
check if the light bulbs are dead ???? By park lights do you mean the running lights or fog lights below the headlights? If so im having the same problem with my 99 SE ... message me if you found a solution. Thanks, bainez
Driving in fog you should drive with you dipped beams. Putting full beams on will just deminish your vision. turn on your fog lights also, but dont forget to turn them back off again when you clear the fog.

reuse, and recycle walk instead of driving use less water dont leave the heating on to long turn of any lights if you go out of a room dont leave the gas in the kitchen on after you go out
The right brake light does not work on 1999 Ford Windstar. Tail lights and blinking light works. Changed bulb more than once, changed the plug in where the bulb goes but it still does not work. The tag lights are not working either.
There is a separate fuse for the daytime running lights (DRL). I think there might be a relay also. If the green DRL indicator comes on, but the lights themselves don't, check the fuse and the relay. I think it is in the fuse/relay center by the battery.
i dont no
