Multiple warning lights usually mean there is a power feed issue or a communication system failure.
You probably won't have dash lights either. The problem will probably be at the light switch. If you take out the switch, there will be a burnt wire, and the switch will have to be replaced, along with a pigtail for the burnt wire.
You can not "turn it off". If you pulled a fuse or unplugged the computer your speedometer will not work along with cruise, and numerous lights will come on on the dash.
