LYSOSOME lysosomes are cytoplasmic organelle and are different from others due to their morphology. These were seprated component for the first for the first time by de duve in (1949).Lysosomes (lyso=spliting; soms=body)are found in most eukaryotic cells.Any foreign object that gain entry in to the cell is immegiately engulfed by the lysosomes and is completely broken in to simple digestible pieces. The process is known as phagocytosis(eating process of cell). They are most abundant in animal cells which exibit phagosytic activity.they are bounded by single membraneand are simple sacs in acid phosphate and several other hydrolic enzymes .These enzyme are synthesized on RER and are further processed in the Golgi appratus .The processed enzymes are processed enzymes are budded off as Golgi vesicles and are called priamary lisosomes .Lyssomes contain those enzymes which can digest the phagocytosed food partcles. They are also involved in the autophagy (self eating).During this process some old, wornout part of cell, such as old mitochondria are digested.Inthis way, materials degeneration of cell,as may occur duringsome develeopment processes.Lysosomes also release enzymes for exta cellular digestion.

Can front brake rotors on a 2001 Toyota RAV4 be re-machined?

Yes but limited to the width and face so as for refacing, the maximum reduction of thickness must not be higher than 1mm. Higher than that will thin your rotor and it become more wearable and leads you to machine them some more. I recommend to have new rotors when it's already wornout after machining them.

What does a wornout brake pad sound like?

A squeel- but many DO NOT have wear indicators so will not make any sound at all until they are gone and they grind tearing up your rotors. It's easy to check them. When car is parked and they are cool, feel them through your wheels holes. If the pad material is thinner than the backing plate its attached to-it's time for new pads.

My Mitsubishi Galant died while driving now wont start?

check the engine fuse it might be blown,or timing belt it might be wornout I had this problem happen twice to me, where it died on the road and I had to pull over and it would not start. This was a 1994 Mitsubishi Galant. The mechanic replaced what I think is the internal distributor, it was some electronic black box literally, and after that it was fine. I guess they burn out every 7 to 10 years.
