2000 Dodge Durango feels like it is going to stall while driving it you need to step on the gas to keep it going or downshift it to 2nd gear Checked pcm----okay there. Any suggestions?

Assuming that you have checked PCM codes and have gotten a response from PCM that no codes are present:
You might have a clogged catalytic converter. Try unscrewing the upstream oxygen sensors (completely) and driving the truck. This will set codes and turn on the check engine light but if it runs better this way it means the exhaust is restricted. Repair the restriction (usually by replacing cats) as soon as possible to minimize damage to the transmission.
