I know it sounds silly but check your oil. Mine does the same thing when the oil gets low.
sounds like fuel filters. replace both filters and it should be fine..

You have bad spark plugs and they need to be changed or there could be a bad vacuum line that needs to be replaced.
try checking the IAC motor. if it stalls at idle then it could be that. or the egr valve. one of the two have to be contributing to the problem
