Check stop light fuse
Check bulbs double filamented smaller for brake lights
Check the operation of the stop light switch
Check socket for corrosion
check the earth connection at the lamp clusters
Most likely, the switch that controls your parking light is stuck.
Try parking/tailight fuse
Check the radio/Acc fuse...
your owners manual will have that information.
The Switch may be bad. Check the bulbs for the parking lights. Check the fuses / relays for the parking lights.
There is another fuse box under the hood and next to the battery. This fuse controls the horn, dashboard lights, and the tail lights.

They're on a different circuit. The parking and dash lights go through the headlight switch. It could be the switch, a bad wire/connector or a burned fuse.
Headlight switch (IT) controls the dash lights ALSO.Some have a fuseable link..ASSUMEING all the bulbs are g00d..
Between your steering wheel and your instrument panel on your steering column, you will find a small rocker switch that controls the parking lights. I can't tell you why it is there, but it does turn the parking lights off and on independent of the ignition and headlight switch.
