does it crank? assuming you already narrowed it down to a fuel system issue have you thought about it being the fuel pressure regulator?
it is crankshaft position sensor.
Sounds like an ignition module....

Replace the fuel filter, could be plugged solid. Test fuel pump pressure with gauge connected to test port. Cycle key off and on several times, pressure should peak 60 to 66 psi and hold.
Check the crank angle sensor usually about $150 to replace
That button is designed to popout when your car gets hits hard (heavy Impact). It is a the fuel cutoff switch. You should be able to push it in and start the car. While it is out, no fuel is going to the pump.
