2001 Chevy Imapal front end making noise while driving at all speeds but sound increases as speed increases and gets worse when turning right and quieter when turning left you?

sounds like the left hand front wheel bearing, gets louder turning right because it is carring more weight as the car loads the opposite side to the direction of turn.
