get a test light and see if the switch is getting power. if it is, see if its sending power. if it is, see if its sending the power to the light bulb (unplug bulb and see if bulb has power and ground) if all are good but at the bulb, then its the wireing somewhere.
You have some kind of electrical problem that needs checked out.
Perhaps starter is weak. Have it tested for load and drag
voltage regulator is getting bad have your alt tested
Check your charcoal fuel canister. I had the same problem changed the light went out. The problem fixed.
Try the light bulb.
Have you checked for fuel and spark? Fuel pumps ad burnt ignition rotors are very commen on these vehicles
have u checked the coils i had the same problem after i changed mine the kia was fine
I would have your alternator checked as I had a similar problem and changed mine. Worked fine after that.
Your rotors may be out of balance. When my 2001 Silverado was not only 3 months off of the dealers lot I had this same problem that persisted for sometime. The dealer finally realized the problem and changed out both front rotors.
it is your bulb board. The thing your bulbs go into. Had the same problem. 10.00 bucks
2 months ago. whens the last time you changed your fuel filter?
Sounds like the battery went dead or you have loose/dirty battery connections.
