2001 Durango stopped blowing air from front vents other vents work still?

I had this happen on my 1999 durango. The front blower was not working but the rear blower was. The problem was a dry- rotted wire that is connected to some part of a blower connection located about 3-5 inches to the right of the distributor. The connector has a wire that connects to the bottom portion. The connector is on top and the wire is beneath. Look on the right side of your distributor cap area near the back of the engine firewall but on top and you should see a connector. All that had to be done for mine was take the piece of dry-rotted wire off and reconnect the remaining piece to the blower connector.
