The tail lights and dash lights are wired through the same power circuit on the f350. Check the light switch first, since the fuses are good. If the switch is ok then start checking the wiring. A loose connection somewhere is the most likely cause.

The fuse has burnt out.
The bulbs should be checked on a 1993 Dodge Dakota if the taillights are not working. The plugs on the trailer package should also be checked to make sure that they are working.
