I AM A USED CAR DEALER, MOST OFTEN I FIND THE FUSE TO BE BLOWN BECAUSE OF A DEFECTIVE COOLING FAN MOTOR. USUALLY OCCURES AT 85000 MILES AND ABOVE.
the system is probably out of coolant.
It's possible that you have a some type of nest in the dash area of the air flow dudct, possibly from mice. Or your fan is not operating correctly.
my chevy blazer 1984 the air conditioner blows from down side only.
is it possible that the vent hose are disconected?
short some where It could be the fan motor is stuck. I have a 2001 and the fan motor swelled up with rust and jammed up on the inside of the plastic blade which wraps part way around the fan motor.
An air conditioner blows out heat
If your air conditioner blows air but it's not cold air then you probably need freon in your air conditioner

The Air Conditioner is on
Well the main reason why your car blows out cold then hot is because the air conditioner may not be working properly. You should go to the car shop and get it fixed.
someone sabotaged your car. either that or you need to stop leaning on steering wheel to start the car. Try turning the key instead.
You have a bad fan clutch..............
