well lets see, go back and re-examine your battery connection cables,if they are corroded that would cause that symptom. Not necessarily at battery end,but start there. I would be interested where the ground /negative wire goes to after it leaves the battery, say chassis ground or better yet Engine ground. any corrossion that puts a resistance on the charging line back to the battery. Puschase or borrow a VOM meter, put it across the battery terminals while running, should read 13 to 14 volts, not 12 or 12.5 .if voltage is low and idle is correct you still have a charging problem from alternator or a bad cell in battery pulling system down.hope this helps. oh ,by the way make sure your belts are tight and in good shape.
I was thinking the same question
I'm thinking that anything that is polarity sensitive might have been damaged, including the engine control unit. The voltage regulator and alternator diodes may have been blown.
I'm thinking that it indicates your high beam headlights are on.
Yes!That is the most reasonable approach to alternator replacement on this generation of Taurus / Sable DOHC vehicles. (some months later...)"Reasonable"?? What was I thinking??It's the ONLY way to get it out! (doofus)
i read somewhere that ubisoft were thinking about it but then they said they may not make it
Shakespeare was born in 1564 and Queen Elizabeth I died in 1603. Somewhere in there is the era you are thinking of.
Just thinking the answer could be NONESUCH as this strikes a bell somewhere.
Bad Alternator or the Battery possibly is losing voltage. I replaced the alternator and serpentine belt before thinking it was the battery. The battery was only 16 months old. But it turned out to be the bad source.
Completely immobilize the car. Block wheels. Use a mechanics jack to lift front end of car. Crawl underneath and remove the 4 bolts on the Alternator. Caution: There may be left over freon ... oops! You said alternator. I was thinking about the a/c compressor. Sorry.
bye looking at the manual :D i know what your thinking "well this was a waste of time and waste helpful it'll" Well cheer up its nearly CHRISTMAS :')
I am not sure, but I have heard somewhere that they are currently writing and recording, so I am thinking sometime this year.
The phrase "mind was somewhere else" typically means that someone was distracted, preoccupied, or not fully focused on the present situation because they were thinking about something else that was occupying their thoughts.
