There has to be a fuse block usually found in the glove box or at one end or the other of the dash, there will also be a fuse and relay center under the hood in an enclosed box with identifying marks showing fuse rating and relay identification. Many relays are interchangeable and you can do so if the identifying part numbers are the same, at least this will help you to insure whether the window relay is bad. You can use an ohmmeter to check the fuse for windows once you find them, there may be more than one fuse for the windows, one inside and one outside in addition to the relay or relays.
