I had the same problem with my 2003 Van. If you look under the glove box and pull back the carpet you will see were the water is leaking into the van. be sure you let everything dry out completely. When the area is dry get your self some RTV Silicone and put it around the drain were it goes through the fire wall on both sides. Allow for it to dry before using your A/C. I did this a year and a half ago and I was just looking at my repair. I t looks and works like the day I did it.

door drain holes are plugged. open door and look at underside for drain holes. open them with a small screwdriver. door may need vacuuming inside to remove crap like pine needles that get inside.
