Do you mean no crank/no start or crank/no start.... to put it simply, does the engine turn over?

Fuses blow when there is a short circuit or an over current condition.
I have a 2002 F250 that had the same problem. It turned out to be a short in the wire coming from the cruise control on the shift lever.
I'm not a mechanic/technician but I believe that is a defective daytime running lamp (DRL) module
i was checking fuses on 1994 toyota camry and airbag light turned on.
It is on the fuses. eg: 10 = 10 amp, 7.5= 71/2 amp fuse
get a haynes manual
Have you checked the fuses?

there should be fuses that operate the windows
