I would say your power brake booster is shot.
The 8th digit in the VIN is the engine code.If the 8th digit in the VIN is "2" the engine is a 4.2. If it is a "W" it is a 4.6 engine. If it is a "5" it is a 5.4 engine. If it is a "Z" it is a 5.4 Bi-Fuel engine. If it is a "M" it is a 5.4 Natural Gas engine.
check vaccuum hose for blockage . also check egr valve if both are good, replace vaccuum booster

its obviously a bank two cam sensor poo11 is bank 1 remove and inspect for cracks 5 volt reference
You wouldn't happen to be using too heavy of an engine oil ? What grade of engine oil are you using ?

If the parking brake / emergency brake is on , or if the BRAKE FLUID LEVEL in your brake master cylinder in the engine compartment is LOW , and probably before you start the engine when you turn your ignition key to the RUN position just to make sure the bulb for the warning light works
The 2004 F-150 owners manual shows 7 quarts ( 6.6 liters ) with filter change for the 5.4 L V8 engine
It should be 35-45 psi at key on engine off and 28-45psi when engine running.
I believe you have lost your engine coolant , so whatever repairs are required to fix the problem
